Château Leoville Las Cases

One of the largest and oldest châteaux in the Médoc, Château Léoville Las Cases sits in the St Julien appellation of Bordeaux, adjacent to Château Latour. The estate was originally much larger until following the French Revolution, much of the land was sold and the property was separated into what is today Château Léoville-Barton and then in later on in 1840, Château Léoville-Poyferré too. Since the 1950s, Château Léoville Las Cases has been managed by the Delon Family who also own also owners of Châteaux Potensac in the Medoc and Nénin in Pomerol. Léoville-Las Cases also has a second wine, Clos du Marquis.
