95 Points - James Suckling "This is really excellent with sliced apples, lemon rind, minerals and stones. Medium to full body, vivid and energetic acidity and a long and powerful, almost minerally finish. Wow."
96 Points - Neal Martin
The Chateau Lynch Bages appears to be going from strength to strength in this vintage. The 2010 has a glorious bouquet with intense blackberry and boysenberry fruit laced with minerals and cedar - beautifully defined and "symmetrical". The palate is medium-bodied with fine definition and a real sense of edginess and tension. Lovely focus and poise, superbly judged acidity and wonderful mineralite on the finish. Superb.

This is an excellent Lynch that starts off slowly and then drives at the end with dark fruit and hints of hazelnuts. Strong and focused tannins. A beautiful young wine.
94-95 Points - James Suckling "A bright and flavorful white with sliced apple, pear and mango follow through to a full body, crisp acidity and lively finish. Lots of white peaches too."
93 Points - James Suckling "A dense and fresh white at the same time with cooked apples, lemon rind and minerals. Bright and vivid yet shows depth and seriousness. Phenolic and vivid. Hints of fresh herbs. Drink or hold."
93 Points - Jane Anson (Decanter.com) "Utterly gorgeous freshness and zip, with intensity of flavour. It has a little more Sémillon than usual, due to frost affect the Sauvignon Blanc, which seems to mean the aromatics of the Muscadelle are a little more prominent than a classic Lynch Bages Blanc, adding a white flower honeysuckle lift. It is beautiful and works within the cascade of flavours, although I miss their more classic blend - they probably do too, to be fair. Already bottled. 45% new oak. "
91 Points - Antonio Galloni "The 2015 Echo de Lynch Bages has grown into a gorgeous second wine. Pliant, supple and inviting, the 2015 is very nicely framed by silky tannins that add considerable appeal and early approachability. There is striking purity to the red cherry and plum fruit, while lifted, floral aromatics contribute brightness. Echo is in one of the most complete, alluring second wines I tasted in 2015. Today, it is flat out delicious. - Tasted February 2018"
91 Points - James Suckling "Attractive dark berries with sweet, spicy oak that leads to a slick palate that delivers smooth tannins and a fresh, approachable finish."
93-94 Points - James Suckling "Powerful and structured with lots of blueberry, blackberry and currant character. Full-bodied, tight and tannic yet polished and beautiful. Fantastic. Juicy."
92 Points - Neal Martin "The 2016 Les Ormes de Pez has a tightly wound, graphite-scented bouquet that needs a little coaxing from the glass but eventually reveals discreet minerally scents mixed with sous-bois. The palate is medium-bodied with quite succulent tannin, and certainly more approachable than the Les Ormes de Pez of the past, delivering gentle grip toward the tarry finish. This is a finely crafted Saint-Estèphe from team Cazes."

Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with purple hues, a little lighter on the edge. This has a very full, soft, near-ethereal nose of savoury dark red berry fruits with suggestions of red-brown fruits along with earthy and dried herb layers harmoniously interwoven with subtle whole bunch stalk nuances. This is well-packed and blossoms with ease. Medium-full bodied, the palate features soft and fulsome flavours of rich and succulent savoury red berry fruits unfolding layers of earth...

96 Points - Sam Kim (Wine Orbit) "It is irresistibly expressed on the nose showing dark berry, raspberry, dried herb, toasted almond and olive characters. The palate is equally engaging and gratifying with sweet berry flavours and multi-layered mouthfeel, finishing superbly long and flowing. Sophisticated, comforting and stunning. At its best: 2019 to 2027."
Winemaker "This incredibly fragrant and elegant wine is from our relatively cool site in Bannockburn in a cool growing season resulting in a wine with great tension and incredible layers of red fruit, spice and earth. The aromas are both intriguing and complex: fresh berry, wild game, gun smoke, baking spice and wild thyme. The palate is long and bright with cherry, blackcurrant, cardamom, and delicious savoury undertones. Silky fine tannins compliment the vibrant acidity, giving the wine length and memory. This wine is drinking beautifully at release and will continue to do so for at least a decade."

Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with slight black and purple hues. The nose is well-proportioned with tight and densely packed aromas of black berried and dark-red berry fruit, along with notes of liquorice, savoury herb and whole bunch stalk elements, iron-earth and black minerals. The nose is reserved and brooding. Medium-full bodied, the palate is full and concentrated with powerful and deep flavours of dark-red and black berried fruits entwined with liquorice, dark herbs...
