The ’02 Cuvée Nicolas François is made from solely Grand Cru fruit (60% Pinot Noir & 40% Chardonnay) and is one of the most beautiful Champagnes that I and many critics have tasted for many years. Some are comparing the ’02 to the great and legendary 1964, which is an extraordinary tribute. A Champagne that can be easily described as hauntingly beautiful as the balance between power and endless complexity is something very rare. The best wine from Billecart’s portfolio and will reward a further 10-15 years of cellaring (if you can resist).
(Disgorged July 2015, Lees: 48 months)
Another masterpiece from Francis Ouriet, who offers up a remarkably taut, focused cuvée (70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay) with great energy and minerality in its precise, crystalline fruit. Iconic and deservedly so. The wine Brut Tradition Grand Cru spent 48 months on the lees and was disgorged in July 2015.
The NV Reserve Brut Rosé impresses for its depth and round, sensual personality. Layers of fruit caress the palate in this deep, resonant rosé. This is a fairly straightforward wine but it is impossible not to love the pure vinosity and purity of the fruit.
The ’04 Gran Cru is remarkable in every sense. Power prevails over Billecart’s trademark finesse with a third of the wine vinified in French oak. Rich, hedonistic with majestic length, which quite honestly goes on forever!

A beautiful floral nose – A little Jasmine evolves with some aeration. Very delicate, refined with a lovely sense of harmony (perhaps the femininity comes from Caroline Latrive’s deft touch – She certainly captures the house style beautifully). This is a beautifully delineated Champagne with a purity and length not often found at this price. Lots of tension - Really excellent. What's more, by Champagne standards this represents truly outstanding value.
Enjoy your favourite wine the way it was meant to taste with these wonderful lead crystal creations from Riedel, which are shaped according to the character of the wine in order to enhance its rich, aromatic flavours.
We adore Billecart’s zero-dosage Champagnes. Their NV is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the region. Granted, it is dry but distinctly fruity with pear skin, orchard fruit and quince.
Direct from Lanson Cellars - the Noble Cuvée is the ultimate expression of the Lanson style based on a rigorous selection of grapes exclusively from Grands Crus vineyards Verzenay, Avize and Oger. For the Brut, only 10 vintages were selected in the last 30 years, which makes this mature Champagne something very special indeed.

Quite bright, fine and elegant on the nose. The complexity is subtly delivered, with lime and lemon citrus as the focus on the nose. The palate has lime sorbet flavor, really fine, focused acidity and a great sense of evenness. The duality of power and grace is quite masterfully delivered. Drink now or age for a further five years to catch this at its best.

Krug Grande Cuvée is the timelessly stylish signature of Krug which simply stops you in your tracks. Arresting in its complexity and a wine that caresses the palate with layers of expansive, generous fruit. There is plenty here to satisfy both the intellectual and purely hedonistic senses as layers of fruit build effortlessly to the seamless, glorious finish. Clearly the list of superlatives could go on. This is an incredible Champagne that effortlessly balances richness and freshness - a sensational taste experience
A terrior driven, 100% Chardonnay beautifully crafted from Grand Cru vineyards in the Cote des Blancs. The minerality and sheer finesse shines through to a sublime finish. Simply gorgeous!
