Meet the Team
Stuart McCloskey / Director
Stuart is the director and owner of Z&B Vintners, founding the company in June 2005. He has spent the past 20 years in the wine trade and 24 years as a collector. He is responsible for all wine purchases for both Z&B and The Vinorium

Michelle Menage / Operations Manager
Michelle joined the team in January 2013 and brings a wealth of experience, having spent the past 7 years working with the excellent, Wiltshire based wine merchant, Yapp Brothers. Not only does Michelle bring an incredible understanding of the administration side of the wine trade, she has also passed her WSET Intermediate exam and is currently studying towards her advanced certificate.
When not at work, she enjoys trying new wines, cooking, keeping fit and shopping (of course!).
Magdalena Sienkiewicz / Private Client Sales
Magdalena has come from various business sectors, including medical services, construction and electronics. As a Film & Arts graduate, she has travelled through Europe searching for new experiences and opportunities to develop. Joining The Vinorium, Magdalena played a crucial role in our Pop-up Shop with her passion for wine and is now the sales assistant for our Warehouse Shop.
Outside of work, you may spot her at various events celebrating creations of cinema, music and photography or simply travelling in the hunt for new inspirations.
Kestutis Vaiksnoras / Warehouse & Logistics
Kestutis was born in the picturesque country, Lithuania and moved to the UK in 2005. Before joining Z&B Vintners, Kestutis worked in Warehouse and Logistic roles for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of expertise having worked for companies such as; Boots, Invensys and Hornby Hobbies.
When not at work, Kestutis enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, cycling and walking. He also thoroughly enjoys growing his own fruit and vegetables; but most importantly, Kestutis loves spending time with his family.
James Benn / Designer
James started his career as an illustrator back in 2010. He has had his work showcased in the London Transport Museum as well as working with an impressive array of clients. He naturally transitioned into Graphic Design and since 2013 James has worked with various clientele creating adverts, signage, brochures and other such materials. Outside of work James enjoys keeping active and has a keen interest in cooking. To keep his creative side busy James enjoys painting, drawing and photography.
Jody Langrish / Client Service & Logistics
Jody has a strong background in customer service, having started her career in retail and has held numerous product and account management positions in various industries, she has over a decade of administration experience and is very customer focused. Outside of work, she enjoys the cinema, music gigs and skiing.
Natalie Holder / Client Service & Logistics
Natalie joined the team here with nearly twenty years retail experience, including buying roles for various departments at luxury department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Natalie is passionate about great quality products and about delivering a superb level of customer service to ensure an all-round excellent experience.
Outside of work Natalie loves to read and watch films although most of her time is actually spent running around after her two small children!
