Meet the Team

Stuart McCloskey / Director


Stuart is the director and owner of Z&B Vintners, founding the company in June 2005. He has spent the past 20 years in the wine trade and 24 years as a collector. He is responsible for all wine purchases for both Z&B and The Vinorium.

Outside of wine, Stuart is an accomplished mountaineer with akeen eye for photography. We strongly suggest a visit to Stuart’s website where you find some truly stunning high-altitude photos taken whilst climbing in the Himalaya and beyond.

Michelle Menage / Operations Manager


Michelle joined the team in January 2013 and brings a wealth of experience, having spent the past 7 years working with the excellent, Wiltshire based wine merchant, Yapp Brothers. Not only does Michelle bring an incredible understanding of the administration side of the wine trade, she has also passed her WSET Intermediate exam and is currently studying towards her advanced certificate.

When not at work, she enjoys trying new wines, cooking, keeping fit and shopping (of course!).

Magdalena Sienkiewicz / Operations Assistant


Magdalena has come from various business sectors, including medical services, construction and electronics. As a Film & Arts graduate, she has travelled through Europe searching for new experiences and opportunities to develop. Joining The Vinorium, Magdalena played a crucial role in our Pop-up Shop with her passion for wine and is now the sales assistant for our Warehouse Shop.

Outside of work, you may spot her at various events celebrating creations of cinema, music and photography or simply travelling in the hunt for new inspirations.

Grace Walpole / Fine Wine Assistant


Grace worked as a chef at The Vinorium before joining the office team in May 2014. Grace still enjoys cooking and has a passion for travel having explored counties such as Australia, Mexico, India and America as well as much of Europe.Grace studied BA Arts Management at Leeds University before moving to London to work for a luxury brands marketing company. She studied at Leiths before working as a chef in London restaurants. She then moved to Edinburgh where she lived for two years and worked in an award winning fish restaurant.

Kestutis Vaiksnoras / Warehouse & Logistics


Kestutis was born in the picturesque country, Lithuania and moved to the UK in 2005. Before joining Z&B Vintners, Kestutis worked in Warehouse and Logistic roles for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of expertise having worked for companies such as; Boots, Invensys and Hornby Hobbies.

When not at work, Kestutis enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, cycling and walking. He also thoroughly enjoys growing his own fruit and vegetables; but most importantly, Kestutis loves spending time with his family.

James Benn / Graphic Designer


James started his design career as an illustrator back in 2010. He has showcased his work in the London Transport Museum as well as working with an impressive array of clients. In his role as a Graphic Designer James has worked with various clientele creating adverts, signage, brochures and other such materials. Outside of work James enjoys keeping active and has a keen interest in cooking. To keep his creative side busy James enjoys painting, drawing and photography.
