Consistently delicious and one of the world’s most coveted Rosé Champagnes. The palate unleashes a seductive array of summer fruits, mineral notes which adds complexity and leads to Billecart’s telltale sensual finish.
(Disgorged July 2015, Lees: 48 months)
Another masterpiece from Francis Ouriet, who offers up a remarkably taut, focused cuvée (70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay) with great energy and minerality in its precise, crystalline fruit. Iconic and deservedly so. The wine Brut Tradition Grand Cru spent 48 months on the lees and was disgorged in July 2015.
The NV Reserve Brut Rosé impresses for its depth and round, sensual personality. Layers of fruit caress the palate in this deep, resonant rosé. This is a fairly straightforward wine but it is impossible not to love the pure vinosity and purity of the fruit.
The Domaine Sainte Lucie Made in Provence (MIP) Premium 2015 rosé wine is delicately pale pink in colour and packed full of berry fruit on the nose. Outstanding on all accounts, and just what you're looking for when you need a dry rosé for a hot summer...
