The 2012 Dry White No. 1 has a rather subdued nose, offering subtle notes of lemongrass, fresh pears, white peaches and baking bread with a hint of ginger. Light-bodied and crisp in the mouth, it is a little on the lean side yet offers appealing restrained citrus fruit and yeasty notes with medium-long persistence.
