The new glass integrates, balances and harmonises without distorting the underlying true character traits from terroir, fruit, saltiness, acid and tannin structure. The glass quietens the foreground and dominance of individual flavour elements such as tannin or phenols to ensure a harmonious balance.
The size of the surface area, between the Bordeaux and Burgundy glasses, gives the wine the necessary space to develop, while the strong conical side walls (even more so than in the Burgundy glass) focus the aromas at a short distance, integrating them and combining them into a harmonious whole. Together with the specific aperture and a more direct angle, the glass integrates the individual characteristic aromas and flavours of the wine in this triangle, in a perfectly balanced ratio. The glass provides an ethereal delicacy while maintaining focused precision. Similar to the finest teas, the glass elicits subtle details from the wine without allowing certain harsh flavours to take centre stage.
This new glass bridges to his legacy of the perfect wine glass. The basic principles of his legendary glasses can be found in this new 'Balance.' After countless hours of tasting and conceptualising, the perfect glass was filtered out from of over 100 prototypes. As in all the glasses, the earth's angle can be found both in the base area and in the inclination of the side walls.
Recommended for: Wood-accentuated Chardonnay, mash-fermented white wines, whole-grape-fermented red wines, wines with a maceration component, as well as complex sparkling wines with long lees ageing and oxidative elements.

• We guarantee the condition of Zalto glassware against defects of manufacture and materials however, you must advise us within 7 days of the delivery date if you find a defect.
• You must examine the condition of all glassware once in receipt of the same and immediately contact us if you have cause for concern.
• We will replace or refund any faulty or damaged glassware however, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please keep all original packaging and provide photographs of the damage.
• We are not liable for any claim for loss, damage or shortcomings unless we are notified within 7 days.
• We are not liable for any claims of accidental damage once you have accepted safe receipt within the 7 day notice period. This includes accidental damage during the washing and drying process.

- In Bond: Exclude UK Duty and VAT, and can either be delivered to a UK bonded warehouse in the UK, or released for international delivery.
- Duty Paid: UK Duty @ £26.78 per 9 litres and VAT @ 20% has been paid.
Wines are only available in whole, unmixed cases unless otherwise stated.
