Returns & Damaged Goods
If you discover an out of condition, damaged or corked wine that you have bought from us, we issue credit for that wine within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the wine is returned to us to our HQ in Lenham for analysis.
If for any reason you purchase a case of wine from us and the first bottle is not to your liking, you may return the remaining five or eleven bottles to us within 7 days of purchase and we shall refund your money or exchange it for an alternative without question or delay.
